Process of Working With Ambiance
-
One of our project managers will come out to inspect the structure and all affected areas to assess the extent of damages. With larger fires, it is advised that individuals do not stay in the affected building as it will limit the exposure to chemicals and other harmful residues. Use of a respirator is advised as well as open air ventilation when possible. Our project manager will prepare a proper mitigation strategy and begin implementing necessary protocols to ensure a fast efficient response to combat pollutants.

We use a variety of tools, chemicals and speciality equipment to allow for the expedited removal of smoke and soot residue on hard surfaces. This process typically involves applying a coat of primer/odor control to the walls of the structure to ensure a proper seal of the troublesome odors. After removal of soot it is essential to encapsulate surfaces to guarantee an odor free environment. If any of your personal items such as furniture, clothing, or other hard goods are affected, we offer personal property cleaning services to bring your belongings back to a pre loss condition. This service can be discussed with the assigned project manager (for more information go to the personal property cleaning services section).

If the fire results in physical damages to the structure, we offer restoration services to return the affected areas to their original state (and often times better!)
